2. Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are processed and delivered within an estimated timeframe of:

8–15 days from the date the order is placed.

This timeframe includes order processing, handling, and delivery.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Orders may arrive earlier or later than the stated timeframe

  • Remote or outlying areas may experience longer delivery times


3. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Operational issues

Selva Care™ is not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control, as permitted under South African consumer protection laws.

We will, however, assist customers in tracking their orders where possible.


4. Incorrect or Incomplete Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.

Selva Care™ is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
